Sant’Anna School hosts a training initiative funded by the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) to increase candidates’ awareness and skills in order to support the preparation of high potential officers for the recruitment process in the OSCE. The goal of this two-week course is to diversify and enlarge the pool of candidates from less represented or non-represented participating States for international posts.

The course will be held between 28 November and 7 December 2018 in Pisa and Milan. “As Italy holds the Chairmanship of OSCE in 2018, this new interactive training – said Andrea de Guttry, director of the Dirpolis Institute (Law, Politics and Development) – will empower our faculty to tackle the issues of talent acquisition and HR management by rebuilding international institutions selection process in consideration of gender equality and a positive approach to diversity”.
